Six guests may sleep in comfort in the three generously sized first floor bedrooms. There is also a bathroom with roll-top bath. Downstairs has two sitting rooms, a separate dining room, kitchen & shower-room. The cottage has been decorated & furnished with love & attention to detail. Outside there is a large secluded garden, with ample off-road parking.
It's quite village location makes it a great place to get away from it all, yet it is only a few minutes from Wells-next-the-Sea and a two minute walk to the village pub, the Warham Horseshoes. The pub serves delicious food and has a good selection of local ales. This is a beautiful coastal retreat suitable for romantic getaways and family holidays alike and only a five minute drive from the bustling harbour town of Wells-next-the-Sea.

The North Norfolk Coast

The village of Warham has a small playground located just 200 yards from the cottage. A short walk away, is the site of an Iron Age fort to discover.

Lovers of the great outdoors can explore miles of footpaths with the Norfolk Coast Path & Peddars Way easily accessible from the cottage. There are also plenty of cycling opportunities.

Nature lovers will find Warham Greens & Stiffkey salt-marshes just 2 miles from the cottage and Cley & other nature reserves within easy drive. Those looking to relax can head straight to a choice of nearby beautiful beaches.
