Should you prefer, then simply complete the proforma and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please include the dates of your desired rental period as well as the number of adults and children in your party. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24hrs.

Please note we only accept cheques for our Good Housekeeping Deposit.
Bookings are subject to written confirmation on receipt of a fully completed enquiry form together with a deposit of 50% of the rental fee. This amount should be sent to us within 2 days of receipt of your invoice or the dates will be automatically released.
The person who signs the enquiry form shall be liable for that booking and full payment for all guests named on the form. The cottage may not be occupied by persons other than those specified on the enquiry form/invoice.
50% deposit per week due on booking. Balance payable 60 days before commencement of holiday.
Any cancellations shall be in writing and addressed to the owners. Should you cancel your booking 60 days before arrive we will issue a full refund. If you cancel your booking later than 60 days we will endeavour to re-let the cottage, and if successful, a refund will be made after deducting a handling charge of £100 per week. If we are unable to re- let the cottage then all monies will be forfeited. We would therefore recommend that you arrange your own insurance cover. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your booking, you will be offered an alternative week or weeks of an equivalent value or a full refund. We do not offer compensation payments and bookings are made at your own risk.
