A beautifully renovated three bedroom cottage, close to the North Norfolk Coast. Chapel Cottage can sleep up to 6 guests in comfort. There is a generous secluded garden and off road parking. Just a short walk to the village pub & only 4 miles to Wells beach.

​The spacious, private garden is mostly laid to lawn, with flower boarders and patio, with table and chairs. A gravelled driveway at the front of the cottage, offers parking for two cars with a Type 2 tethered EV Charging Point.. Bikes can be safely stored in the cycle shed located in the garden.

The quiet village of Warham makes a great location to get away from it all, yet it is only a few minutes from Wells-next-the-Sea and a two minute walk to the village pub. This beautiful coastal retreat is suitable for romantic getaways and family holidays alike with its close proximity to soft sandy beaches, stately homes & stunning nature reserves.

Initial consumables: A small quantity of consumables are provided for your convenience (eg. tea, coffee, sugar, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, soap, washing powder, toilet rolls, etc), however, you should not expect the quantity of these provisions to be sufficient for the duration of your stay.

A starter pack of logs & kindling provided in colder months for the log-burner.
​Notes: As with older character cottages, Chapel Cottage has Norfolk Winder stairs which are enclosed, steep, curved and narrow. They are uncarpeted, with rope banister & handrail. They are uncarpeted. There are many changes in level between the rooms and out into the garden and the lower height of some doorways, reflects the age of the cottage. The stairs leading to the master bedroom may not be suitable for older guests, younger children or those with limited mobility. Chapel Cottage does benefits from a second staircase which leads to the double bedroom & is more modern in design.
We have stayed in a lot of cottages around the country, but this was by far the best.
The little touches & attention to detail around the cottage was spot on! The location is perfect for exploring Norfolk. The Warham Horseshoes pub was just a few steps away and served gorgeous food. Wells-next-the-Sea was lovely and we could have happily spent every day in ten at the gorgeous beach.
We could not find fault, I will definitely be returning and highly recommending."
