Noise

Guests should not cause nuisance or annoyance to occupants of nearby properties.

Chapel Cottage is situated in a residential area. We therefore have a policy on late-night noise, with quiet hours between 11pm and 9am. All outside music is prohibited in consideration of nearby properties. If, in the opinion of the agent/owner, any person is not suitable to continue their occupation of the property because of unreasonable behaviour, damage or nuisance to other parties, the contract may be treated by the agent/owner as discharged and the agent/owner may repossess the property immediately. The guest will remain liable for the whole cost of rental and no refund shall be due.

EV Charging

Chapel Cottage has a Type 2, Andersen 7kw electric vehicle (EV) charging point. We would politely ask guests to plug in & charge their vehicle overnight wherever possible, as this allows us to take advantage of the lower overnight rates. The EVCP is situated on the private gravel driveway adjacent to the cottage. Here is a simple video showing you how to unfurl the tethered cable.

We will activate the charger for your from the beginning of your stay, via the app. This will also allow us to monitor usage.

Below is the table of the lights on the charger. Should you have any issues, for example, that the charger is switched off on arrival, simply contact via the chat facility below or drop us an email and we will rectify this immediately.
