We've had a really wonderful, but far too quick, stay at beautiful Chapel Cottage.

We all loved everything about this quirky, spotless house - sadly didn't use the garden much, but did manage some sunny seats on Christmas Day.  We've had some excellent bike rides, mainly along to the Coastal Path & beyond.

Blakeney Point one day & Holkham Beach another.  Lovely walk to the Warham Camp Iron Age Fort & an evening Meal (very nice) at the Warham Horseshoes pub - & some very interesting chats with lots of the locals.  The welcome xmas box was a huge delight.  Thank you so much.

Thanks Helen for the numerous pots & pans to make our large xmas dinner the very best there's been!  And the decorations were beautiful thanks.  Sue, London Christmas 2019

Lovely cottage

An excellent place to stay. Quiet village, well located for Wells etc. and easy access to the coast road. The cottage itself is well equipped and clean with some lovely touches. A very generous welcome basket of food and wine was an unexpected bonus!  Christopher W, 21/08/2019

Lovely cottage in a great location!

We had a great stay at Chapel Cottage - the cottage itself is very cosy & the beds are so comfortable. Great facilities. It is in a great location - we visited West Runton, Sheringham, Wells and also ventured to Norwich! Loved it! Highly recommended!  Alison D, Herts July 2019

Pleasant cottage in a lovely area

As a family of six we had a lovely stay in Chapel Cottage and enjoyed the area so much we will definitely visit again. The cottage is full of character as is the garden where sitting in the sunshine with a wee local cider was a highlight. Would thoroughly recommend this cottage to any family looking to discover what North Norfolk has to offer.

Norfolk Holiday

The property was exactly as described. Very well equipped kitchen, tastefully furnished and spacious. The village setting was perfect and close to lots of other attractions. It offered everything we wanted for a relaxing week away.

Quiet village setting with handy local pub

A great base for touring the area. Close to sea, sand and stately homes. Not to mention an Ale or two.

The cottage is stunning and very well equipped. Would highly recommend.

Our welcome picnic and card from the housekeeper was so kind and thoughtful. Everything from the bed linen, towels and logs for the log burner were first class. The cottage itself was clean, tidy and in good order. You could tell a lot of thought and love had been invested into the cottage. I would definitely like to visit again.

Lovely cosy cottage close to the treats the north Norfolk coast has to offer

Lovely stay at Chapel Cottage. Cosy cottage with space for all 5 of our family to relax and enjoy our break. The 2 downstairs rooms are lovely and the bedrooms are warm and enticing. The beds are really comfortable making for great sleeps. The position is great for exploring all the wonderful places to visit along the north norfolk coast. Thanks to Helen and Ian for a lovely stay.  Anna S, Aylesbury April 2019

Beautiful cottage in an idyllic location

We loved every minute of our stay - what a beautiful cottage in an idyllic location. A stone’s throw from all the highlights of the North Norfolk coast, but blissfully quiet away from the hustle and bustle of it all, in the rural village of Warham. The owners have clearly thought of every last detail to make this a true home away from home - if not better!! Spacious yet cosy living areas, kitchen well equipped with everything you need, comfy beds, high quality bed linen, and beautifully decorated throughout with thoughtful touches including a very handy and thorough guide to the property and surrounding area. We also loved relaxing in the lovely garden which catches the sun at any time of day. Would definitely recommend!  Ruth P, Cambridge, April 2019

Excellent cottage, very comfortable and well equipped.  Brilliant location.

Chapel Cottage is a very unique and special place to stay, tucked away in Warham, which is an idyllic village less than 2 miles from fashionable Wells. The cottage is as good as it looks, with a very spacious feel inside, lots of home comforts, nice and warm in the winter and with a very large garden for the summer. Everything works, there’s more than enough equipment, the beds are new and comfortable there’s off-road parking. We spent five very lazy and relaxing days there and wouldn’t hesitate to return if we were holidaying in the area. It’s also super close to Blakeney, Cley and Salthouse. And the pub in the village is really welcoming and serves decent food.

Fantastic cottage! Comfortable, cosy & great location!

We loved our stay at Chapel Cottage - we didn’t want to leave! Fantastic cottage - cosy, the beds were so comfortable and great location! The pub in Warham is literally 2 minutes walk away & did a great Sunday roast! It’s only a 10 minute drive to Wells plus very easy to get to other places too! Fantastic! We loved it! July 2018

Amazing Norfolk

Chapel Cottage was our base for our recent holiday in North Norfolk. It is in the little village of Warham and just a few minutes drive from the town of Wells-Next-to-the-Sea. This delightful cottage had everything we could want (I had to drag my son away from the toys provided), my husband was kept happy as he had wifi and my mum had more than enough books to read. The beds were extremely comfy, and the kitchen was very well equipped. However there is a pub just across the road should you wish not to cook. From the cottage it was easy to reach Morston Quay to watch the Seals, Sheringham park for the easter hunt and wells to enjoy a lovely walk to Holkham beach where we were lucky enough to see the seals from the beach. The owners Helen and Ian couldn’t have been more helpful. Jackie C, Hants March 2018

A beautiful cottage in an ideal location

The cottage was ideal for a family get together - it was clean and obvious that the owners had made every effort to provide home comforts. Dealing with the owner was easy and she made sure that we had all information about the cottage prior to our arrival. The village pub was great too!  Julian F, Cambridge August 2017
