For our younger guests
The cottage is well equipped for families. There are two living rooms allowing children to play whilst adults relax in front of the log burner or watch a movie on the LCD TV. There are two WCs. The upstairs bathroom has roll-top bath with hand shower and downstairs there is a separate shower-room. The children's twin bedroom is located next to the upstairs bathroom.

The generously sized garden has plenty of space for children to play.

There is a toy cupboard in the Reading Room and a small DVD library of family movies and children books, as well as family favourites such as Connect-4 & Monopoly.

Warham has a small playground which is located less than 200 yards from the cottage (photo in gallery below). The Warham Horseshoes, within easy walking distance of Chapel Cottage offers a child friendly menu.
​
Wells has one of the best soft sandy beaches you will find. The seemingly endless stretch of beach means kids can make sandcastles, paddle or play to their hearts content. Holkham Hall has a wonderful playground and has just installed a new high ropes course. No trip to Wells is complete without Gillie crabbing at the Quay followed by an ice cream!
